Welcome to Nikoniko, a cozy villa stay in Hengchun. Please take a few minutes to read the following before booking.

1. Spaces & Facilities

This property is a two-building, whole-house layout (Nikoniko Gathering Hall / Family Hall).

• Gathering Hall: a cozy retreat with an electric mahjong table, game console, 8-seat dining table, 75” KTV TV, and karaoke
• Family Hall: a playful retreat with an indoor kids’ slide + ball pit, Nintendo Switch, electric mahjong table, 75” KTV TV, and karaoke

Both buildings each have their own Instagrammable second-floor terrace pool, American-style BBQ area, professional BBQ grill, kitchen, washing machine, free parking, and building-wide Wi-Fi. Every room has a private dry-wet separated bathroom, LCD TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, shampoo, body wash, soap, bath towels, and a hairdryer (please bring your own small towel). Ground-floor common areas are monitored by CCTV for safety.

2. Rates & Seasons

• Peak season: Jun 15 – Sep 15
• Off season: Sep 16 – Jun 14
• Chinese New Year, long weekends, and summer each have their own rate tier — see the rate tables on the Gathering Hall / Family Hall pages

3. Booking Flow & Deposit

• To book, please confirm with our host via the LINE official account / phone 0928-515-133
• Flow: confirm availability & total price via LINE or phone → transfer the deposit → send the last 5 digits of the transfer account → booking is confirmed once payment is verified
• Deposit: NT$3,000 per stay, collected on check-in day, refunded in full at check-out if there is no damage, smoke smell, or other odor

4. Cancellation & Refund

Same-day cancellation or no-show	No refund

Typhoon / natural disaster waiver: if Pingtung County government announces a work/school suspension on your check-in day (typhoon or major disaster), your deposit will be fully refunded or held for rescheduling — your choice.

5. Guest Count & Extra Guests

• Please stay within the agreed guest count; infants and young children are counted
• Please notify our host in advance of any change in guest count so we can arrange extra beds
• Extra bed fee: NT$500 (weekday) / NT$800 (holiday)
• If you arrive with more guests than agreed without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, treated as a same-day cancellation

6. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Inquiry hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Karaoke / KTV usage hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (noise control)
• Early arrivals are welcome to drop off luggage in advance

7. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, etc.)
• Bringing an undisclosed pet will result in refusal of check-in with no refund

8. Breakfast

• Breakfast is not provided
• Hengchun has plenty of brunch spots worth sleeping in for — ask our host for recommendations
• Within a 5-minute walk: PX Mart, 7-Eleven, Hengchun Old Street, and several breakfast shops

9. Other Services & Rules

• BBQ ingredient pre-order — ask our host
• Credit cards: Regular credit cards accepted; Taiwan’s National Travel Card also accepted
• Free parking: available on the street outside the property
• No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes); smoking areas are available on the balcony and ground-floor outdoor area
• No excessive drinking, disturbance, parties, or drug use — violations will be reported to the police
• Ground-floor common areas are monitored by CCTV
